Job Description

Objective of the jobRisk management, and providing the facility’s risk management unit with updates to risk records and the current risk acceptance framework - achieving a balance between profitability and sustainability in the competitive market in an economically and legally sound manner Job Description:Design and prepare risk control systems and proceduresResponsible for making the right decisions at the right time to avoid the greatest amount of potential damage.Analyzing data and predicting the futureBanking risk managementCommitment to monitoring the bank’s risks in order to determine the level of market and liquidity risks and methods for measuring them to know and determine their impact on the bank’s profits and capital.Preparing reports upon request about the level of market risks and liquidity in the bank and any violations of the bank’s internal and external instructions that would expose the bank to risks.Participate in developing the Fund’s risk management policies and proceduresConduct assessments to identify and analyze potential risksFollow up on audits and procedures.Develop risk management controls and systems.Design processes and procedures to eliminate or mitigate potential risks.Develop emergency plans for crisis management.Evaluate current policies and procedures to find weaknesses.Preparing reports and presenting recommendations and suggestions.Assist in the implementation of solutions and plans.Assess employees' risk awareness and train them when necessary.Identify risks, analyze them and mitigate their effects, determine the extent of the likelihood of risks occurring and their effects, develop risk management policies and prepare risk assessment reports.Determine the necessary measures to mitigate the effects of potential risks, and design and implement risk management policies and procedures, to prevent the risks that have been identified.Analyze and evaluate the likelihood of risks arising and their potential effects, develop prediction models, conduct sensitivity analyses, and submit risk reportsPreparing specialized documents related to risk management, participating in their presentation and clarification, and working to save them in its database in accordance with the approved policies and procedures.
