About Our ClientWe are working on an exciting opportunity with a global private investor based in Abu Dhabi. They are looking to expand their team at the associate level to focus on their private equity fund investments. What the job involvesWorking on all aspects of the transaction process, including execution of investments into private equity fundsDeveloping and analysing financial models for potential investmentsSupporting in due diligenceAssisting in portfolio management activities, including discussions with underlying GPs and companies, as well as preparing internal reportsWho we are looking forYou will have a Bachelors, and/or Masters, degree from a top-tier UniversityExperience from a top-tier investment bank in M&AStrong analytical and financial modelling abilities is required alongside the ability to present and communicate effectivelyThe ability to relocate and be based full-time in Abu Dhabi
