They are looking to expand their team at the associate level to focus on their private equity fund investments. You will be investing into private equity funds in Europe and the US. What the job involvesWorking on all aspects of the transaction process, including execution of investments into private equity funds across Europe and the US.Developing and analysing financial models for potential investments.Supporting in due diligence activities.Assisting in portfolio management activities, including discussions with underlying GPs and companies, as well as preparing internal reportsWho we are looking forYou will have a Bachelors, and/or Masters, degree from a top-tier UniversityExperience from a top-tier investment bank in M&AStrong analytical and financial modelling abilities is required alongside the ability to present and communicate effectivelyThe ability to relocate and be based full-time in Abu Dhabi
