About Our ClientOur client is an established investment firm looking to expand its high-calibre real estate private equity fund and co-investment investment team in the Middle East, by adding an investment professional to their successful and collaborative team.What The Job InvolvesThis role will focus on investments into real estate.This role sits within the private markets investment team where you will play an important role in the private equity fund and co-investments team. The team invests across private equity funds and co-investments globally, across a wide range of geographies, including Europe, the Americas and Asia.You will assist the senior team with defining investment strategiesAssist with LP and co-investmentsAssist the senior team in managing the investment program by providing analysis, monitoring, and evaluation of assigned investment portfoliosMaintain knowledge of potential investment managers; co-investment opportunities, providing research and analysis for investment selectionWrite recommendations on selection and removal of external investment managers to CIOAssist investment operations analyst with completing all investment and other investment department reporting and monitoring requirementsWho we are looking forExperience of real estate private equity investmentsSome experience of private equity fund investing / manager selection and/or co-investments is preferredExcellent interpersonal skills and a team playerGood financial modelling skillsShould enjoy working in a growing team with an entrepreneurial, high-performance culture
