Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Create high-converting copy for social ads (Meta, TikTok, Snap).
  • Craft a converted search ad copy for Google.
  • Develop engaging SMS and email campaign messages.
    • Collaborate on creative ideation and planning for ad campaigns.
    • Guide visual and video content creation, including storyboards and scriptwriting.
    • Provide photography direction and location setup details to support visual storytelling.
    • Write SEO-optimized website content that aligns with brand voice and target keywords.
    • Ensure consistent tone and messaging across landing pages, product descriptions, and blogs.
    • Work closely with designers and developers to optimize content for user experience and conversion.

 

Job Requirements

 

On the Technical side
We believe that: a copywriter should have 3 main pillars for generating great copy lines

  • Pure writing skills: Proficiency in creating copies for paid ads, prints, web content writing, and video scripts.
  • Creativity (Ideations & Execution): So you should have very creative track record of existing cases you have worked on
  • Sector Experience: So it’s a must to have a strong e-Commerce experience especially the conversional copywriting - SEO experience

On character side 

  • Very good project & time management especially using tools like Notion (we love Notion and love people who use it)
  • Collaborative character: proven ability to collaborate with creative and cross-functional teams to align content with business goals.
  • Data-Driven: Ability to make decisions based on analytics and numbers.
  • Commitment: Our success is built on our team's dedication and hard work. We expect working hours commitment & high-quality deliverables.

A passion of E-Commerce:

  • Talent should have a clear interest in learning more about E-Commerce marketing and be willing to invest in himself
  • Investment mindset: talent must have a visionary mindset with a committed path for investment and growth

Portfolio Required

  • Social Ads conversional copywriting
  • Search Ads conversional copywriting
  • SEO friendly articles whether optimized for conversion or for inbound marketing goals
  • Video scripts with a storyboard (preferred videos are public already)
