Joining our Healthcare team is becoming part of a diverse, inclusive and flexible working culture, presenting great opportunities for personal development and career advancement across the globe.  Market Access Manager Saudi ArabiaJob description Develop and execute formulary listing processes and reimbursement tactics in alignment with brand team & strategies.Understanding of health care ecosystem and building necessary engagement plans towards shaping stakeholders’ management tactics.Building brands value dossiers &key messages addressing payers and procurement entities.Provide necessary guidance to Key account teams towards shaping treatment positioning withing guidelines for his assigned territory.Monitor practices and environmental shift and provide necessary strategic direction for brand team.Working with cross functional team towards aligning formulary inclusions processes with internal company financial planning including price component.Collaborating with local ®ional and global function in ensuring relevant evidence is generated through Health economics modeling &RWE that can ensure right positioning for assigned portfolio within local guidelines.  Qualification Bachelor’s degree of pharmaceutical sciences or health care related discipline.Advanced command of Microsoft office &Power BI .Understanding of local regulations& reimbursement &pricing procedures and Ecosystem dynamics.Minimum 2 years of extensive pharmaceutical industry experience in Saudi.Specialty & Endocrinology therapy areas experience is preferred.Post graduate Health economics and outcome research certification is a plus .Previous Market Access /Key Account Management experience is a plus .Leadership and autonomy to initiate and execute strategic projects.Passion towards customers and patients.Drive results with advanced planning and problem-solving capabilities.The Job requires 60% field presence with 30% travel time.Position is based in Riyadh Profile description:Please see Job DescriptionWe offer:What we offer: We are curious minds that come from a broad range of backgrounds, perspectives, and life experiences.
