Job Overview: Enhance our Enablement Department effectiveness and efficiency through your training skills. Responsibilities:● Create and update Product training programs and materials tailored to the needs of the company.● Assess skill gaps and training requirements through feedback and data analysis.● Deliver effective training sessions via various methods to ensure target training teams acquirenecessary skills.● Maintain up-to-date training content and materials, ensuring accessibility to internal teammembers.● Measure the effectiveness of training programs and use feedback for continuous improvement.● Collaborate with the Head of Enablement and product team to align training initiatives with organizational goals.● Leverage training technologies and learning management systems to enhance trainingefficiency.● Develop and maintain training manuals and reference materials for the target team use.● Contribute to onboarding processes for new internal team members to ensure a smoothtransition.● Generate and provide reports on training outcomes and offer insights to management.● Ensure training materials comply with company policies and quality standards.● Stay updated with HR industry trends and emerging training techniques to improve trainingeffectiveness.● Maintain clear communication with internal team members and promptly address inquiries andconcerns.● Regularly review training programs to identify areas for improvement.● Define and track KPIs to assess the impact and ROI of training programs, driving data-drivendecisions.Requirements:● Educational/ Training Background: A bachelor degree in a related field such as Education,Learning development, training, or a relevant discipline is typically preferred● At least 3–5 years of proven experience in designing, developing, and delivering trainingPrograms:● Experience in a corporate or organizational setting is highly beneficial.
