Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Insurance Coordinator to join our team. As an Insurance Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and processing insurance policies and claims. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of insurance policies, excellent communication skills, and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.ResponsibilitiesKeep track of new insurance regulations and ensure compliance with industry standards.Analyze insurance claims and facilitate timely resolution for clients.Manage insurance documentation, including applications, endorsements, and other related paperwork.Coordinate with insurance underwriters to negotiate terms and conditions for the issuance of policies.Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and policy documents.Respond to client inquiries and concerns regarding policies and claims in a professional and timely manner.Keep updated records of insurance premiums, commissions, and issuing of payments.RequirementsExcellent understanding of insurance policies, regulations, and procedures.Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and insurance software systems.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
