Our ClientWe’ve partnered with a PropTech start-up that’s set to be MENA’s premier invest-and-experience platform revolutionizing property co-ownership and vacation home investment. Their services are offered through an app that allows users to effortlessly find, purchase, and manage shares in luxurious second homes. With their recent funding and traction of success since their establishment in 2021, they are looking into expanding their reach in the region as well as onboarding new team members to support this growth.About the RoleAs a Property Consultant, your core responsibilities will revolve around facilitating property transactions and ensuring a positive experience for clients. This role requires a deep understanding of the Dubai real estate market, excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to achieving sales targets. You will be one of the pioneering team members in Dubai and you will get to work closely with the founding team as a feedback resource in building a strategy. Your efforts will be rewarded through a generous commission structure and an opportunity to grow within the company.ResponsibilitiesDeveloping leads to selling shares in Dubai's real estate marketExpanding and maintaining a professional network through events, social media, and referralsGuiding clients through buying, selling, and renting; ensuring smooth transactionsOffering expert advice on property values, market conditions, and investment prospectsManaging showings, inspections, and negotiations for clientsEnsuring compliance with Dubai's property laws and regulationsCollaborating with real estate professionals to facilitate dealsImplementing marketing strategies to promote properties and attract clientsRequirementsProven experience as a real estate agent in Dubai; 2-3 years preferredReal estate license / RERA certification (mandatory)Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or real estate-related fieldFamiliarity with real estate contracts and legal processesStrong knowledge of the local real estate market and trendsExcellent communication, negotiation, and teamwork skillsTech-savvy; proficiency in real estate software and tools will be an advantageFluency in English. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
