Job Responsibilities:
- Contact and engage potential clients via phone to close sales effectively.
- Build rapport and establish trust with prospects, ensuring a seamless sales experience.
- Handle objections and negotiate effectively to convert leads into sales.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Maintain accurate records of sales calls and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Continuously refine and adapt sales strategies to optimize results
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of proven experience in phone sales, with a strong track record of closing deals.
- English proficiency of at least B2 (C1 preferred) to ensure clear communication and effective sales interactions.
- Exceptional communication and persuasion skills.
- Confidence in handling objections and turning "no" into "yes."
- Ability to work independently and stay motivated in a remote setting.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is a plus.
