About The CompanyMackenzie Stuart are working on behalf of a Food and Ingredients Manufacturer, in search of a Sales Orientated CEO. The role will be responsible for the growth of the organisation and executing business pipeline.Based: Florida, United States. Position: Full-time, On-site.Duties & Responsibilities (including But Not Limited To)Executing business pipeline driving new business development and growing top line sales.Responsible for the management of the operations of the company, as well as setting its overall vision.Maintain operational initiatives in line with company goals.Coach, mentor and develop staff, including preparing and conducting employee performance appraisal.The CEO will be expected to understand the financials and work with the finance team as it relates to cash management and future finance plans.Provide companywide leadership.Key Qualifications(including But Not Limited To)Bachelor’s degree.A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Food Manufacturing required.A minimum of 7 years’ experience in Sales required.Leadership experience required.Ability to motivate and influence others.Strong leadership skills and behaviours required.
