It encompasses regular coordination with essential regulatory bodies such as MOHRE and GPSSA to acquire the necessarydata crucial for day-to-day operational efficiency and regulatory compliance. Additionally, the position demands the provisionof proactive data management support aimed at optimizing data utility and aiding decision-making processes within theteam. Administrative responsibilities are also a key component, including the execution of data backups, the strategicreorganization of databases to meet evolving needs, and aiding in the meticulous preparation of data for team utilization. The establishment and enforcement of stringent database policies and procedures are paramount to safeguarding dataintegrity and security. Furthermore, the role involves the diligent management of documentation, the creation orenhancement of database structures aligned with business requirements, the vigilant monitoring of database performance,and the execution of additional administrative tasks as dictated by management needs. This multifaceted approach ensures the robust operation of data management systems, thereby underpinning the team'sdata management capabilities and overall organizational efficiency.
