Partnerships Manager

Job Summary:As a Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships to drive business growth and expand our market reach. You will play a key role in identifying, negotiating, and executing partnerships that align with our company's objectives and contribute to our overall success. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, as well as a deep understanding of our industry and target market.Responsibilities:Partnership Development: Identify and evaluate potential partnership opportunities that align with our company's goals and objectives.Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including strategic accounts, vendors, suppliers, and other external stakeholders.Negotiation: Negotiate partnership agreements, contracts, and terms that are mutually beneficial for all parties involved.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and finance, to ensure successful implementation and execution of partnership initiatives.Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the performance of partnerships against predefined metrics and KPIs, and provide regular reporting and insights to internal stakeholders.Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges associated with partnerships, and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively.Stay Updated: Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.Communication: Clearly communicate partnership objectives, strategies, and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or related roles.
