We consider persons with disabilities for all our opportunities.Job DescriptionPrepares and manages HR Budget and controls the People package of responsible departments to ensure compliance with the Budget throughout the calendar year. Responsible for leading and assisting department audits and ensuring all documents, procedures, and any related actions are kept ready.Develops and executes the HR strategies and builds up & maintains relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure that business needs are taken into consideration while developing HR initiatives and HR standardsRecommends, implements, and updates guidelines and policies to ensure HR services comply with the local labor law. Ensure adherence to employment contracts, legal requirements, and government regulations.Design recruitment initiatives as per the required manpower plan, and monitor recruitment and onboarding processes of all positions within the area of responsibility in alignment with the Line Manager according to defined standards.Drives the implementation of People & Management Development tools and concepts (such as Development Plans, Talent Management, and Succession Planning initiatives).Provides coaching to employees and management; articulates and presents HR concepts and tools to groups of employees, encouraging and supporting an employee-oriented high-performance culture.Evaluate and implement programs to ensure retention and have competitive salary structures and benefits packages on the job market.Provides guidelines on compensation topics such as promotions, salary adjustments, and structure productivity for defined areas per the agreed processDefines and manages HR & Services KPI’s, and ensures preparation of all related documents, reports, and presentations. Monitors and provides further HR and management-related reports to internal clients.Creates an engagement action plan based on the Engagement survey and ensures that all the actions will be performed throughout the year creating an engaging work environment and boosting the performance for the employees.Provides guidance and feedback to develop the HR team supporting them in the HR activities.Be the advisor for internal clients with employee-related issues and promote a positive employee relationship between the employees. Conduct investigations and ensure fair and consistent disciplinary actions.Academic BackgroundMinimum bachelor's degreeHR certified professional credential is preferred. LanguagesArabic and English Specific Knowledges / Skills / Other CompetenciesWorking knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, employee relations, diversity, performance management, and employment laws. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
