HR Manager - Talent Acquisition

Role Overview:What you will be doing: Design and monitor key program performance indicators and goals to ensure progress and success You will proactively raise issues and problems appropriately to management to mitigate risks. You will demonstrate design thinking and seek feedback to improve the design and deliverables of programs You will give presentations and report out to senior level leadership on program performance on a regular basis You will mentor and support the development your peers by providing guidance, training, coaching, and feedback. Has excellent oral and written communication skills, and ability to develop and execute a comprehensive and effective communication plan for project roll out across the organization. Ability to adjust style for various audiences to articulate complex issues clearly and succinctly. Has proven ability to think and move quickly, manage multiple priorities, and make difficult tradeoffs to meet deadlines, especially in fast-paced ambiguous environments.What do you need to succeed? Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, business or related fields Min of 3 years of experience in organizing, managing, and executing complex projects in various HR fields (organizational design, workforce planning, talent metrics) Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills and proficient in Google Workspace platform including Docs, Sheets, Forms, and Slides. Relevant Human Resources experience in partnering with managers on full employment lifecycle touchpoints. Strong business acumen Drives recommendations and prioritization Experience in a complex, matrixed, global organization
