Job DescriptionRegional Sales ManagerThe Western Region (Saudi Arabia and Bahrain) is a key growth and strategic region for ETS business. This position will take overall sales, marketing, and account development program responsibility for all ETS products and services including: RTUs, SCADA, Flow Computers, Terminal Manager, and ESI portfolio. We are looking for an experienced professional to work with a diverse and proficient group of people. The role has high visibility within Emerson and has the potential to achieve outstanding results.In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:Lead sales & business development initiatives across region.Meet or exceed regional ETS financial objectives required in support of SYSS regional and MEA business plans.Develop long-term relationships with senior management within customer accounts to ensure awareness of Emerson capabilities.Develop and implement market penetration strategy for ETS products & services through detailed business, action, and strategy plans.Manage regional opportunity funnel and submits monthly and yearly order forecasts.Proactively promote & manage the sale of ETS software & services, ensuring consistency with standard methodology concepts & applications by:Possessing a comprehensive understanding of the technology, applications and services related to the ETS portfolio.Being proficient at demonstrations of the software, architectures and translating how it can be applied to deliver best value via packaged services.Using Emerson Industrial software portfolio to drive incremental business opportunities.Support sales channels to develop / optimize Emerson business for ETS across respective territory.Work closely with proposal development group to ensure all proposals reflect customer needs, are forecasted, competitively priced and are submitted on time.Take a pro-active role in working with the Emerson Global Project Pursuit Team and Key Account Managers to identify, qualify and pursue ETS projects.Profile accounts and establish a clear understanding of business plans and customer needs.Drive and achieve Safety Targets and Own Safety CultureDrive and achieve Safety Targets and Own Safety CultureWho You Are:Experience in a sales and account managementValidated skills in business development and planningDemonstrated ability to drive business growth For This Role, You Will Need:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (engineering degree desired)8 - 10 years of direct sales experienceRegional travel will be required, both Internal and Externals Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:Previous experience of direct sales in Oil & Gas Industry in KSAExcellent written and spoken English is essential.Our Offer To You:We recognize the importance of employee wellbeing and know that to do your best you have flexible, competitive benefit plans to meet you and your family’s physical, mental, financial, and social needs.
