Job Description
Negotiate prices and track the progress of contracts with suppliers and service vendors. Be familiar with contracts for corporations, hospitals and government agencies. Review proposals from vendors and select those that best fit on needs and budgets. Also, work with department heads to get contracts approved. Contract coordinators report to purchasing administrators and Procurement Manager.
- Preparing Contract that meet Energy Tech Legal Standards.
- Review existing contracts for expiry date.
- Coordinate with Finance department regarding the budget for each contract and payment.
