Job Description

Position Overview:As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Parisima, you will play a crucial role in managing end-to-end recruitment processes for our clients. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers, understand their staffing needs, and implement effective strategies to attract, assess, and onboard high-quality candidates.Responsibilities:POC with Hiring Managers at the client site and the internal TA team to understand their hiring needs, job requirements, and organizationalDevelop and implement customized recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles.Ensure Job Descriptions are in place for all rolesSource candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates based on skills, experience, and cultural fit.Mining candidates from web-based candidate databasesAdminister pre-screen questionnaire to develop candidate shortlistsPromote the Client’s employment brandCoordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Manage candidate communications, provide feedback, and facilitate the offer negotiation process.Provide ongoing status updates to hiring managersMaintain accurate candidate records and update recruitment databases and systems.Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports and insights to clients.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role, preferably in an RPO environment.In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software.Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.Benefits:Competitive salary.Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, and paid time off.Professional development opportunities and ongoing training programs.Collaborative and supportive work environment with opportunities for career growth.
