We apply the highest standard of customer services to everything we do.We are currently looking to hire a Shipping Operations Executive to join our Tankers team.Job DescriptionAssist operations team in daily activities involving vessel operations.Handle proforma DA enquiries and questions regarding rules, regulations, and tariffs at Kuwait & Iraq ports.Handle supplier invoices and liaise on any requirements related to the job invoicing.Handle all husbandry matters such as crew changes, spare parts logistics, landed cargo and provisions supply, and ensure on-time delivery of all the services. Closely liaise with port authorities and other stakeholders to ensure smooth vessel operations.Adhere to company policies (HSSE, compliance, etc.)Job RequirementsValid Kuwait Article 18 visaMinimum 1-3 years’ experience in shippingKnowledge of tanker/terminal operationsBA Degree (preferable), High School graduate (minimum) Working knowledge of MS Office Fluent in English Excellent communication skillsIf you think you have what it takes to become part of the GAC Kuwait team, we look forward to receiving your application.
