Job Description
Job Description: Carrying out the daily tasks and activities of procurement work, including evaluating and selecting approved suppliers, soliciting offers, opening envelopes, executing purchase requests, following up on the receipt of purchases, adjusting the specifications and quantities of the required purchases and ensuring that they are obtained in a timely manner according to the conditions and specifications. Participate in managing negotiations, discussions, and studying contracts with suppliers of various materials and services in accordance with all approved policies and procedures.Participate in determining purchasing needs and priorities in accordance with approved policies and procedures.Preparing reports and technical analyzes of procurement activities, monitoring costs and prices, submitting reports to management, and informing them of technical proposals and recommendations based on these analyzes and studies.Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal and external business partners and ensure building a broad base of suppliers and evaluating their prices, performance and quality of servicesRequirements:Bachelor's degreeSaudi nationality.At least one year of experience in the same field, preferably someone with experience in government work.
