Manage and supervise all tasks of his/her teamEnsure cleanliness of guest rooms, guest room balconies, guest corridors, linen rooms and housekeeping pantries according to standards and procedures setSupervise public areasReplenish guest supplies and ensure that guests' requests are promptly attended toAttend to reports on damage or malfunction in hotel roomsMaintain equipment in a proper state of cleanlinessMaintain a section floor reportConduct regular room checklistsReport unusual behavior/activities on floors to the Executive HousekeeperRecord room status in the allocated section accuratelyAssist the Executive Housekeeper in assessing team members’ attendance and performanceOther ResponsibilitiesBe well versed in hotel fire & life safety/emergency proceduresAttend all briefings, meetings and trainings as assigned by managementMaintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all timesPerform other reasonable duties assigned by the assigned by ManagementEstablish and maintain effective employee working relationshipsQualificationsYour experience and skills include:Warm and caring personality; previous housekeeping experience is an assetAbility to anticipate and focus attention on guest needs, being professional and welcomingExcellent organizational skills and time managementAdditional InformationWhat is in it for you?Employee benefit card offering discounted rates in Accor worldwideLearning programs through our AcademiesOpportunity to develop your talent and grow within your property and across the world!Ability to make a difference through our Corporate Social Responsibility activities, like Planet 21 First name *This field is required.
