Job Description
Create and implement strategic plans to expand Webook footprint
Build and maintain a pipeline of business opportunities
Develop and sustain relationships with clients (organizational level) & partners.
Lead negotiations and finalize business agreements and partnerships
Develop and execute effective growth strategies to meet and exceed department set KPIs
Analyze growth and sales performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations
Collaborate with the marketing team to drive user and client acquisition and engagement
Align business development initiatives with overall company goal and product roadmap.
Provide weekly updates and reports on business development activities, performance metrics, and market trends
Identify and capitalize on opportunities for continuous improvement
Lead and mentor the business development specialists and interns.
Having had experience in SaaS sales strategies is a plus
Having had experience in a similar (mobile application, e-commerce) industry is a plus
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Strong network of contacts within the Tourism, Entertainment, Culture and Sports sectors in KSA (+ Global a plus)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Understanding of basic contracting, working with legal to action.
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable strategies
Self-motivated, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Fluency in both Arabic and English is required
