Our client is seeking a seasoned Head of Human Resources to lead their HR department.This role is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional with a strong background in all HR functions, particularly Organisation Excellence, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits, and HR policies and strategy. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of HR experience, preferably within the government sector, and a proven track record of managing teams effectively.
