Job Description
Define and implement the company’s quality and operational excellence strategy.
Oversee quality management systems (QMS) and ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards (e.g., ISO, GMP, FDA).
Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
Lead audits, risk assessments, and root cause analyses; ensure timely and effective corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Production, R&D, Supply Chain, and Customer Service to optimize quality and operational workflows.
Monitor and report on KPIs to ensure consistent operational and quality performance.
Build and mentor a high-performing Quality and Operations team.
Serve as the subject matter expert on quality and operational processes across the organization.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
Proven experience with regulatory frameworks and quality standards relevant to our industry.
Certified in Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred) or similar methodologies.
Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Experience working in [industry-specific environment, e.g., manufacturing, biotech, logistics].
