Job Description
- Client communication & handling

Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role
- Strong operational experience in planning and organization skills
- Passion for animals
- Excellent communication skills, people skills, people management, strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate through emotional intelligence with clients
- Leadership ability
- Fluent in English & Arabic
- Tech - Savvy
- Financial acumen
- Veterinary experience is a plus
