Job Description
- Lead all research and development activities related to confectionery and bakery products.
- Develop innovative recipes and products that meet customer preferences and uphold the highest quality standards.
- Improve existing products and manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency and product quality.
- Monitor market trends and consumer preferences within the confectionery and bakery sectors.
- Manage sensory evaluations and laboratory testing to ensure product excellence.
- Collaborate closely with Quality, Production, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Food Science, Food Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in research and development in the Food Industry, preferably with direct experience in the Sweets and bakery industry.
- Solid knowledge of confectionery and bakery manufacturing processes and recipe development techniques.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Creative thinker with problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications is preferred.
