Job Description
- Plan and execute for the smart home category (procurement, sales, and installation)
- Install and configure all Smart Home products on site
- Check all Smart products we offer and write the right description
- Technical support for Smart Home products installation and configuration
- presales activities and acquiring new and potential customers
- Installation activities for all requests
- Be the expert for our customers' smart home products installation and onsite problem-solving
- Research exciting topics and trends in smart homes, connected homes, and the Internet of Things, as well as write articles, news, blog posts, etc.
- Be part of a young, open-minded, and innovative start-up culture that is constantly evolving
Job Requirements
- University Graduate (Engineering, Computer Science, Telecom, IT or relevant course).
- You have excellent experience in the Wireless Smart Home field ( Z-Wave, Zigbee, Wifi..)
- Advanced knowledge of Smart Home platforms ( Fibaro, Google, Apple HomeKit, Alexa…)
- You are excited about smart homes and IoT products.
- Excellent presentation and sales skills
- You have Fluent English skills.
- Show ownership, engagement, and responsibility for your work.
