Job Description
- Communicate with clients to provide shipment updates and ensure timely delivery.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide support.
- Manage and respond to logistics-related emails.
- Organize and maintain customs and shipping documents.
- Track document renewals (e.g., permits, invoices).
- Follow up shipments under customs clearance and report delays.
- Prepare regular and special reports on shipment status.
- Coordinate with internal teams to streamline operations.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in shipping, customs clearance, or customer relationship management.
Skills:
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Ability to manage and organize documents and files efficiently.
- Familiarity with basic customs procedures and international shipping.
- Strong follow-up and coordination skills across teams.
- Proficiency in computer software, especially email systems and Microsoft Office.
