Job Description
As a CRM Representative at Track, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions, ensuring a smooth experience, and supporting the sales and operations teams. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure accurate data is recorded in our CRM system
Job Requirements
Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
Respond to customer inquiries promptly through phone, email, or chat.
Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolve any concerns.
Support the sales team with client communication, proposals, and documentation.
Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill customer requests efficiently.
Prepare and update client reports using the CRM system.
Suggest process improvements to enhance customer experience.
