Job Description
- Lead the artistic direction and visual strategy for all event and exhibition projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams (accounts, production, 3D designers, and project managers) to ensure creative vision aligns with client objectives and technical feasibility.
- Oversee concept development, mood boards, sketches, renderings, and final design presentations.
- Provide hands-on creative direction throughout all project stages, from pitch to execution.
- Manage and mentor junior designers and freelancers.
- Stay current on design trends, materials, technologies, and industry innovations
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role within the event, exhibition, or experiential design industry.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity across a range of event types and spatial designs.
- Expertise in design software (Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Rhino, Cinema 4D, etc.)
- Solid understanding of production processes, fabrication, and materials.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing presentation skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple deadlines.
