Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually appealing designs that align with our brand identity and effectively communicate our marketing messages across various platforms. This includes digital, print, and social media assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and produce marketing materials including brochures, flyers, banners, posters, and social media graphics.
- Develop engaging visual content for digital marketing campaigns, email marketing, and websites.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative concepts.
- Maintain brand consistency across all design projects.
- Create mockups and presentations for internal and client use.
- Edit and retouch images for marketing use.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and design best practices.
- Assist in video editing and motion graphics (optional/if applicable).
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a graphic designer, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Experience with digital design tools such as Canva, Figma, or similar is a plus.
- Solid understanding of visual design principles (layout, typography, color theory).
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field preferred.
Preferred Skills (Optional):
- Motion graphics and video editing (Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for web design.
- Photography and photo editing experience.
