Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and creative Graphic Designer with a strong eye for retail branding to join our marketing team. You will be responsible for developing impactful visual content that drives shopper engagement and reflects our brand across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Design key visuals and marketing materials for retail campaigns and product launches.
- Create packaging designs for private label products (food & non-food categories).
- Develop in-store visuals: POS materials, shelf talkers, signage, and display graphics.
- Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints and ensure alignment with guidelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on creative briefs and project execution.
- Design digital assets for social media platforms, website banners, and email campaigns.
- Prepare print-ready artwork and coordinate with production vendors for quality delivery.
- Stay up to date with retail design trends, shopper behavior, and visual merchandising.
- Manage multiple design projects with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- 2–4 years of proven design experience, ideally within the retail or FMCG sector.
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, and retail-related design work.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
- Solid understanding of layout, typography, and color theory.
- Familiarity with print production requirements and file setup.
- Bilingual – fluent in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Strong time management, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
- Team-oriented mindset with a passion for creativity and innovation.
