Job Description
- Planning and implementing electrical maintenance procedures and coordinating maintenance activities with department heads.
- Participating in the development of preventive and corrective maintenance plans for farms.
- Working on repairing breakdowns related to farm machinery and equipment.
- Supervising technicians and ensuring that their tasks are performed efficiently and as required.
- Monitoring the performance of maintenance technicians during farm sanitation periods and coordinating their maintenance schedules.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience in maintenance of electrical systems, ideally in agricultural or industrial environments.
- Strong knowledge of farm machinery, automation, and control systems is a plus.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of technicians.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
