Survey and inspect buildings, machines, and systems to ensure compliance with safety and health standards.
Develop and execute long-, medium-, and short-term maintenance plans for all mechanical/electrical systems and machinery.
Conduct and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance tasks across the facility.
Maintain HVAC, plumbing, ventilation, and other mechanical/electrical systems to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Perform manual repairs and general upkeep tasks when required.
Lead pest control activities such as spraying insecticide when needed.
Supervise external maintenance contractors and coordinate with vendors or agents for critical repairs.
Receive and review machine breakdown reports, assign technicians, and oversee repair execution.
Ensure quality, safety, occupational health, and environmental standards are implemented in all maintenance activities.
Assist in budget preparation and ensure cost-effective maintenance execution.
Participate in internal meetings to discuss progress, challenges, and improvement plans.
Identify training needs for the maintenance team and coordinate with the HR department.
Transfer knowledge and train junior technicians to enhance team capability.

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (depending on the position applied for).
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar maintenance engineering role in an industrial or manufacturing setting.
Strong hands-on experience with industrial machinery maintenance (preferably in automotive or medical equipment industries).
Solid understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance systems.
Knowledge of safety standards, quality control procedures, and technical documentation.
Ability to read mechanical/electrical diagrams and technical manuals.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance management systems (CMMS) is a plus.
