Job Description
- manage the full accounting cycle using Odoo ERP.
- Prepare the company’s annual budget and monitor financial performance on a regular basis.
- Prepare and submit monthly and annual tax declarations (VAT, Zakat, Income Tax, etc.).
- Supervise all customs clearance processes for imported goods and ensure proper financial recording.
- Review bank transactions, perform account reconciliations, and monitor cash flow.
- Issue accurate and timely monthly and annual financial reports.
- Monitor expenses and revenues to ensure alignment with the approved budget.
- Supervise the accounting team and assign daily tasks.
- Ensure compliance with all local accounting and tax regulations.
- Coordinate with external auditors for the annual financial audit.
- Enhance financial procedures and improve process efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting, with proven hands-on experience in Odoo ERP.
- Strong background in budgeting, tax reporting, and customs clearance.
- Good knowledge of Saudi tax and customs regulations.
- Strong analytical and detail-oriented skills.
- High proficiency in financial reporting and presentation.
- Excellent Excel and MS Office skills.
- Strong communication and team leadership abilities.
