Job Description

• Participates in Business Plan Meetings and cooperates with Executive Board to set company objectives and strategies.
• Reflects company's objectives on HR and IT Objectives.
• Sets HR and IT Budget and monitors the actual expenses vs. budget. 

• Sets, implements, evaluates and develops policies and procedures of talent acquisition, talent performance management, talent development, talent compensation, talent retention, and talent information system.
• Ensures people engagement and building the effective organizational culture.
• Ensures the effectiveness of Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) that covers all organization’s departments, processes, and operations.
• Develops the technology budget through liaising with other management and department managers to determine their IT requirements and assess if systems will be purchased from the market or developed in-house.
• Leads the digital transformation ensuring the availability of IT infrastructure systems, applications development, software, and hardware installations.
• Sets Standard Operations Procedures (SOPs), and standards for selection, implementation, and support of systems ensuring compliance of all Associates to guarantee smooth operations, synergy and better performance results.
• Researches new technologies for any potential benefits, implementing technology strategies, and ensuring that the company’s technological resources are aligned with organization’s business goals.
• Ensures that all used software applications are licensed.
• Ensures data security and regular routine backup.
• Ensures timely technical support at the required level of quality and according to the budget.
• Directs the design and implementation of IT infrastructure networks, servers, security systems and disaster recovery systems to ensure equipment optimally serves the needs of the company without exceeding budget.
• Manages systems linked to the network layer such as emails and firewall; and installs the proper hardware and software necessary to keep the network functioning properly.
• Oversees cyber security management and ensures systems are tested and validated according to current infrastructure to ensure technologies are used efficiently, profitably, and securely.
• Oversees the process of Installing and maintaining new software or hardware, repairing faulty hardware, training Associates on using new software, and troubleshooting problems to provide efficient customer support and help desk functions to all departments.
• Leads and coaches team members, establishes their training needs requirements and monitors their development to support them in achieving the department’s strategies objectives.
• Sets performance contracts and conducts performance reviews for direct subordinates; provides them feedback and monitors their performance to ensure highest level of performance is achieved by each team member.
