Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise construction and finishing projects in accordance with technical drawings and specifications.
- Prepare and follow up on project schedules and ensure deadlines are met.
- Supervise site teams and subcontractors and monitor work progress on-site.
- Review engineering drawings and ensure compliance with project standards.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
- Accurately review quantity surveying (QS) works and prepare interim and final payment certificates.
- Coordinate with suppliers and consultants to ensure quality and timely delivery of work.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards on-site.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of [insert number] years of experience in construction and finishing works.
- Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD.
- Strong experience in quantity surveying and preparing financial/technical payment certificates.
