Responsible for all Tendering and Cost Estimation Trades 

Review tender documents, specifications, and understand project requirements.

 Coordinate with internal teams to gather necessary information and documents.

Prepare tender proposals, including technical and financial components.

Prepare accurate cost estimates, bill of quantities (BOQ), and pricing schedules.

Identify potential cost savings and value engineering opportunities.

Communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
