Job Description

  • Managing calls in a timely manner.
  • Provide product and service information to customers.
  • Follow up customer calls when necessary.
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
  • Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints.
  • Fully understand and adhere to company policies and procedures

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor of any field
  • Minimum 6 months of Call Center experience.
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Fluency in English
