Job Description
- Greet guests as they arrive with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Manage reservations via phone, online systems, or in person
- Maintain a waitlist when the restaurant is full, provide estimated wait times
- Escort guests to their tables and provide menus
- Coordinate with servers and management to monitor table turnover
- Keep the front entrance, host stand, and lobby area clean and organized
- Answer incoming calls and provide information about the restaurant
- Assist with takeout orders or other guest services if required
