Manage Customer Accounts: Monitor and control customer accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables, minimizing overdue balances.
Credit Assessment: Review and evaluate customer credit applications, recommending appropriate credit limits based on risk analysis and company policy.

Reporting & Escalation: Prepare detailed aging reports and escalate delinquent accounts for further action when necessary.
Policy Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to company credit policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Closing Support: Provide accurate receivables data to support month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
Risk Mitigation: Identify high-risk accounts and recommend legal action or write-offs when recovery is deemed unfeasible.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong, professional relationships with customers while safeguarding the company’s financial interests.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience
Strong understanding of credit controller principles and accounting standards.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in work.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
