Job Description
- Lead the conceptual and schematic design process.
- Translate client requirements into functional and aesthetic architectural solutions.
- Follow the design direction for projects and ensure consistency throughout.
- Sketching and refining initial design concepts.
- Preparing client presentations and design boards.
- Coordinate with engineering, interior, and landscape teams.
- Oversee design deliverables and timelines in collaboration with Team leaders.
- Review and ensure adherence to budgets, schedules, and project scope.
- Guide junior architects and interns on design development and technical standards.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and regulatory standards.
- Oversee production of drawings, 3D models, and renderings.
- Conduct design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Uphold firm’s design standards and best practices.
Job Requirements
- BS degree in Architecture from a reputable university.
- Works on 3dmax , Vray, corona, CAD , Photoshop , Revit.
- 3~5 years of practical experience in Design engineering.
- Good understanding of international and local design codes and standard.
- Microsoft office knowledge.
- Effective communication skills.
- Preferable residence nearby Sheikh Zayed.
- Perfect command of spoken and written English.
