Role Description
As a design development and production architect, you are expected to be aware of the technical parameters related to the design process. You will be part of the architectural team and you will support, lead and coordinate the design stages through all phases to ensure the delivery of the project requirements to a high standard and quality measures
Job Requirements
- Bachelor of Science degree in Architectural Engineering from a reputable university
- 6-10 years of working experience
- Familiar with all phases of design and construction
- Awareness of relevant codes, guidelines, and regulations
- Ability to produce fast-track projects with high-quality standards
- 3D modeling, rendering, and presentation skills
- Revit experience is a MUST
- CAD, Lumion, Photoshop, and presentation software experience
- Ability to produce conceptual designs with innovative ideas and approaches
- Ability to produce schematic designs through the interdepartmental coordination process

- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented individual

- Ability to lead in a cross-functional team environment
