Seeking a talented Senior Design Architect with 5-7 years of experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, a passion for innovative design, and proficiency in software such as Revit, SketchUp, and Rhino.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute architectural designs (especially exterior designs) in collaboration with senior architects and project managers.
• Create detailed drawings and specifications using Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and other design software.
• Coordinate with Electro-Mechanical and Structural disciplines to ensure cohesive design solutions.
• Respond to RFIs and liaise with site teams to monitor construction progress.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and industry standards.
• Participate in project meetings and contribute to design discussions.
