Job Description
Seeking a talented Senior Design Architect with 5-7 years of experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, a passion for innovative design, and proficiency in software such as Revit, SketchUp, and Rhino.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute architectural designs (especially exterior designs) in collaboration with senior architects and project managers.
- Create detailed drawings and specifications using Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and other design software.
- Coordinate with Electro-Mechanical and Structural disciplines to ensure cohesive design solutions.
- Respond to RFIs and liaise with site teams to monitor construction progress.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and industry standards.
- Participate in project meetings and contribute to design discussions.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture engineering.
- 5-7 years of architectural design experience.
- Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of building codes and construction practices.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- 6th of October or nearby resident is proffered.
