Job Description
- Perform regular maintenance and repair work on a wide range of heavy construction machinery.
- Support daily operations under the guidance of a Chinese management team, working collaboratively to build a strong and efficient maintenance department.
- Handle related responsibilities such as spare parts procurement, manpower planning, and storage management as assigned by management.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment status and maintenance schedules.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in mechanical maintenance and repair of heavy machinery.
- Proficiency in English - able to communicate effectively in the workplace.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to adapt in a multicultural working environment and follow structured managerial guidance.
