Job Description
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various company contracts, annexes, NDAs and agreements. Prepare internal memorandums and terminations letters.
- Contributing in preparing and developing the company's policies and procedures.
- Conduct legal research to provide legal advice to all functions in relation to all corporate, civil, commercial and labor law queries that are raised Conducting internal investigations with the required procedures when needed.
- Provide legal support, review BODs, OGMs, and EGMs and all their related documents. Staying up-to-date with changes to legislation, particularly in relation to laws, rules and regulations that directly affect our business.
- Documenting all fraud cases
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of Law
- 3-5 years of experience
- Excellent Communication skills
- Excellent command of English
- Excellent of Ms Office
