Cairo Vice Sales Manager is an individual who is responsible for ensuring the success of the company’s sales team. They establish goals for their team and then produce monthly forecasting reports that show how they are doing with achieving them. This is based on the revenue streams to ensure that everything runs smoothly from month to month.
Job Description
- Ensure the sales team's success with logical steps to increase sales growth and decrease product returns.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
- Responsible for sales strategy, goals & Tactics, and implementation to achieve such goals.
- Responsible for producing sales quarterly forecasting reports so the production department can work on them.
- Required to provide new sales channels & financial liquidity solutions through different and new channels.
- Required to negotiate with clients on new annual contracts for better lower annual fees, percentages and payment cycles.
- Responsible for logistics and distribution plans and implementation.
- Responsible for providing new suppliers for refrigerated pickup with competitive prices.
- Responsible for handling and communicating with suppliers affect sales activities such as refrigerated pickup suppliers, storage facility & office renters.
- Responsible for storage facility management and accurate stock-taking.
- Own Recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives, and sales merchandisers.
- Present sales, revenue and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
Job Requirements
- Experienced in the Seafood Industry is highly preferred, otherwise at least in chilled food packaged products.
- BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field.
- Must already have a strong relationship with decision-makers at procurement/purchasing departments in Hypermarkets, Supermarkets or even shops.
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
