Job Description
- Manage all types of Clients requests and inquiries received by the CSD team
- Coordinating Clients’ concerns with the designated departments.
- Constant follow-up on Clients' pending issues up till accomplishment.
- Providing Clients with alternatives and solutions that suit their cases while abiding by the company’s policies and procedures.
- Updating work process to better suit the current workflow
- Measuring Residents’ satisfaction.
Job Requirements
- Must have full knowledge and understanding of all company's projects along with the policies and procedures for each and every project.
- Excellent command of English is a must
- Ability to Multitask and stay organized
- Great communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
- Adheres to deadlines and appointments.
- Age: Not older than 30 years old.
- Bachelor degree of any discipline
