Job Description

  • Manage all types of Clients requests and inquiries received by the CSD team
  • Coordinating Clients’ concerns with the designated departments.
  • Constant follow-up on Clients' pending issues up till accomplishment.
  • Providing Clients with alternatives and solutions that suit their cases while abiding by the company’s policies and procedures.
  • Updating work process to better suit the current workflow
  • Measuring Residents’ satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • Must have full knowledge and understanding of all company's projects along with the policies and procedures for each and every project.
  • Excellent command of English is a must
  • Ability to Multitask and stay organized
  • Great communication skills
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Adheres to deadlines and appointments.
  • Age: Not older than 30 years old.
  • Bachelor degree of any discipline
  • Friendly behavior and empathetic to client’s requests
