Job Description
Etisalat UAE is Hiring Immediately Customer service representative (Prestige Account) – English
- Interact with UAE elite customers to provide information in response to inquiries, ensure customer satisfaction
- Resolve customer’s potential problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem and following up to ensure resolution.
- Update client’s account data on the company website to follow up payment status, review contracted unit updates.
- Graduates only.
- English level Fluent to Excellent
- At least 6 months experience as a call center representative
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Customer orientation and ability to respond to different types of characters.
- Customer focus and adaptability to different situations.
Job Requirements

- Rotational 9 working hours including one hour break
- Rotational 2 Off days
- Training paid, 4000 LE per month
