Job Description
- Lead the design, planning, and execution of electrical projects within the factory and other facilities.
- Develop and review electrical system designs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring efficient delivery.
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures for electrical projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues during and post-project phases.
- Provide technical guidance and training to junior engineers and technicians.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in electrical project management, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, design software, and project management tools.
- Familiarity with international standards and safety codes.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
